Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once the STL files have been downloaded or accessed.

Refunds may be considered only if:

• Payment was successful but files were not delivered

• File access issues cannot be resolved by support

To request assistance, contact us within 48 hours of purchase. Refund approval is at our discretion based on the circumstances.
